Global multinational Garda World Security Corporation announced the conclusion of a binding agreement and a merger plan to acquire Stealth Monitoring, a leading North American provider of cutting-edge fixed and mobile video surveillance solutions.
Stealth Monitoring has approximately 2,000 employees spread across the United States and Canada, with more than 40 offices and 8 state-of-the-art video monitoring centers.
The binding agreement is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2024, subject to regulatory approvals and closing conditions.
The acquisition of U.S.-based Stealth Monitoring will create a global leader in video surveillance solutions based on artificial intelligence. This transaction will allow GardaWorld to integrate patented technology and deep expertise in security services across North America.
