Naya Hachem
ParalegalNaya is a paralegal in the Business Law group. She has 25 years of experience in various law firms.
She assists corporate lawyers in commercial and corporate transactions by conducting corporate searches and preparing corporate reports, resolutions and corporate documentation. Naya also provides search and update services in the various computerized registers in Canada, the United States and internationally. Among other things, she manages extra-provincial matters and U.S. permits by interacting directly with clients and corporate agents.
In addition, Naya assists lawyers and clients in matters related to the Régie du bâtiment du Québec and the Commission de la construction du Québec by completing, updating and filing the renewal forms and monthly reports as well as ensuring that all requirements are met. Furthermore, she handles KYCs related to bank account openings in Canada, the United States and Internationally.
Naya also provides incorporation and minute book services for companies, in particular U.S.-based companies. She strives to keep current on changes in legislation and government policy, as well as registry requirements and internal corporate summary tables.
In addition, Naya has extensive experience in employment and labour law, including the procedures to be followed with respect to labour standards, labour relations, and occupational health and safety.
