Michael Corriveau focuses his practice on business law, particularly reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, new business start-ups, financings, as well as the drafting and negotiation of various types of contracts. He acts for clients across many different industries and has notably been involved in an array of major national and local acquisitions for a variety of clients, including in the security and restaurant sectors.

His clients range from SMEs to multinationals in Canada and abroad. He leverages his versatile experience and creativity to handle complex cases requiring tailor-made strategies. Before joining the firm, Michael practised business law at other national law firms.
