Bruno Racine

Over 25 years of practice, Bruno Racine has leveraged a rigorous approach grounded in practical solutions to build a reputation for excellence and an exceptional skill set in business law and taxation. His clients particularly appreciate his leading expertise in analyzing and managing transactions involving a range of small, medium and large businesses. He has a special knack for representing the interests of officers and shareholders both in the context of tax planning and reorganizations and the purchase and sale of businesses.

He provides legal advice, analyzes and drafts opinions, negotiates agreements of all kinds, and represents clients before administrative bodies (audits and objections) and before the courts (on appeal or otherwise). Bruno is recognized for his know-how in creating and using trusts and foundations both in Canada and internationally, corporate reorganizations for the purposes of succession or sale and maximizing tax benefits. He has also gained extensive experience in corporate and transactional law, especially in coordinating all aspects of commercial transactions.

Bruno is a partner, the co-head of the taxation team and a member of the firm’s Board of Directors.
