Bruno Racine

He has a special knack for representing the interests of officers and shareholders both in the context of tax planning and reorganizations and the purchase and sale of businesses.
He provides legal advice, analyzes and drafts opinions, negotiates agreements of all kinds, and represents clients before administrative bodies (audits and objections) and before the courts (on appeal or otherwise). Bruno is recognized for his know-how in creating and using trusts and foundations both in Canada and internationally, corporate reorganizations for the purposes of succession or sale and maximizing tax benefits. He has also gained extensive experience in corporate and transactional law, especially in coordinating all aspects of commercial transactions.
Bruno is a partner, the co-head of the taxation team and a member of the firm’s Board of Directors.
