We believe that cultivating an environment that promotes dignity and self-esteem is essential to the well-being of all. To ensure the continuity and coherence of these values, we have established a Diversity and Inclusion Committee. Its role is to make recommendations to management on issues related to diversity and inclusion and to oversee the implementation of strategies within the firm designed to help achieve quantifiable results. One of our goals is to accelerate the diversification of our members by recruiting individuals from groups traditionally underrepresented in the legal profession. By recognizing and leveraging the value and positive impact of diversity and inclusion in the workplace, we distinguish ourselves as an employer of choice in the legal profession.
