Anne Carole Turgeon

Anne Carole Turgeon is a lawyer in the business law group at Langlois Lawyers. Her practice focuses primarily on taxation, corporate and commercial law.
Before entering law practice, Anne Carole completed a clerkship with the Honourable Claude Champagne, Justice of the Superior Court, where she assisted him with legal research and judgment drafting.
Anne Carole is involved in tax planning and due diligence for Canadian and cross-border transactions. Her practice includes legal advice (legal opinions on various tax and corporate law issues) as well as representation before administrative bodies (audits and objections) and the courts (on appeal or otherwise). Anne Carole also assists lawyers in drafting and representation before the Quebec and federal courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada.
