Stéphanie-Ann Morgan

Stéphanie-Ann’s transactional practice focuses primarily on real estate, and corporate and commercial law.  

Stéphanie-Ann represents owners, financial institutions, government entities, landlords and tenants in the context of purchase and sale transactions, asset-based financings, acquisitions, corporate financings and leasing matters.

Before joining the firm, Stéphanie-Ann graduated with great distinction in civil law from the University of Ottawa. She then articled and began her practice at a large international firm in Montréal.
