Eve-Lyne Morin focuses her practice primarily on commercial and civil litigation. She advises and represents businesses in complex commercial disputes, shareholder disputes and class actions, and handles matters involving extraordinary remedies. She is regularly called upon to seek urgent court orders to preserve assets, protect legal rights or obtain information essential to the advancement of a claim.

An experienced litigator, Eve-Lyne advises clients on matters where legal, financial, and operational considerations are closely intertwined. She guides clients at every stage of the dispute resolution process, from risk assessment and strategy development to representation before Québec courts, including the Québec Court of Appeal. Her practice also encompasses commercial arbitration.

Before joining Langlois, Eve-Lyne gained extensive expertise at leading law firms, where she was involved in the resolution of complex disputes across a broad range of industries, including construction, infrastructure, transportation, life sciences, and technology. This experience has provided her with a deep understanding of the legal and business challenges faced by organizations operating in dynamic and highly regulated environments.

Beyond her litigation practice, Eve-Lyne has also acted as an independent investigator in matters involving psychological and sexual harassment, compliance, and management rights. This experience brings additional perspective to her practice and enables her to navigate situations in which legal, organizational, and human considerations intersect.
