AndréAnne Fortin practises civil and commercial litigation in the Montréal office of Langlois Lawyers. Her practice focuses on complex litigation involving commercial law issues, as well as corporate and securities matters. She also practises in bankruptcy and insolvency.

AndréAnne represents our clients’ interest before the Quebec and federal courts and various administrative tribunals. AndréAnne has particular experience in shareholders litigation, oppression remedies, regulatory investigations from the Autorité des marchés publics (AMP), and plans of arrangement and pension plans governance, in addition to her general experience in civil and commercial litigation.
