Joannie Leclerc-Côté

Joannie Leclerc-Côté focuses her practice on business law. She assists clients with commercial transactions, commercial financings, and business reorganizations.

She is also regularly called on to analyze and draft various agreements, including employment and service contracts, confidentiality agreements, commercial leases, shareholders’ agreements, and limited partnership agreements. She also assists clients in concluding international commercial agreements, especially when they raise specific issues relating to the territories in question. Joannie is fully bilingual and is known for her keen analytical skills and the professionalism she demonstrates in her work. 

During her Bachelor of Laws, Joannie spent two semesters in France at the Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3, where she studied business and international law. She then completed a Master’s degree with distinction in International Commercial Law at City, University of London, in England.
