Langlois welcomes four new business lawyers

Ilona Bois-Drivet specializes in technology law, privacy, data governance and legal issues related to artificial intelligence.

As a tax lawyer, Noémie Tanguay-Verreault brings her expertise to assist clients in navigating the acquisition and sale of their businesses, optimizing their financial situation, and achieving their tax objectives, particularly in the areas of estate and will planning, trusts, tax planning for both businesses and individuals, as well as corporate reorganizations.
