Anne-Laure Damhet is a lawyer in the Business Law group in Langlois Lawyers’ Montréal office. Her expertise is primarily in transactional law and involves mergers and acquisitions as well as the drafting of corporate documents and commercial contracts. Anne-Laure has also had the opportunity to act in energy and cannabis law matters.
Her academic background includes a master’s degree in comparative business law and an LL.M. in international business law. She also completed a specialized graduate diploma in business administration, which allowed Anne-Laure to adopt a more entrepreneurial approach within her practice. Having completed part of her law studies in France, she has a keen interest in trade issues between Quebec and France.
