Anne Carole Turgeon focuses her practice on tax matters, as well as commercial, transactional and corporate law. During her university studies, she completed an internship with the Honourable Claude Champagne, a former Superior Court justice, during which she acquired solid legislative analysis and interpretation skills. She now leverages this experience in a variety of highly complex business situations.

A seasoned lawyer, Anne Carole represents clients in tax planning and due diligence for both Canadian and cross-border transactions. She offers tax advice to businesses and institutions of all sizes from Québec and beyond. Her concrete and pragmatic approach is appreciated by clients, who regularly approach her with questions of all kinds related, in particular, to tax reorganizations, business transfers and tax structures.

Anne Carole completed a Master’s degree in taxation and has developed advisory expertise in providing a wide variety of legal opinions on the various legal aspects of tax and corporate law issues. Her expertise also extends to representing clients before administrative bodies in relation to audits and objections, and courts with respect to appeals and other matters.

She serves on the board of the non-profit organization Toit d’union, founded by a group of parents and community members committed to creating safe and supportive living environments for adults aged 21 or older with intellectual disabilities.
