Angelica Clément is a lawyer in the business law group at Langlois Lawyers. Her practice focuses on corporate, transactional and securities law.

Angelica is involved in mergers and acquisitions of private and public companies, both locally and internationally. More specifically, she takes part in the implementation of equity financing with reporting issuers and stock exchange listing processes. She actively participates in due diligence processes and in drafting and reviewing complex transaction documents.

Prior to law school, Angelica obtained her bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences and published an article in a scientific journal during her time as biomedical research intern. She is currently enrolled in the Juris Doctor in North American Common Law (J.D.) program at the University of Montréal.

Angelica was called to the Québec Bar in 2019 after completing her articles. As an articling student, she participated in the largest recapitalization of a private company in Canada.

Angelica practises law in English and French.
