Valérie-C. Bégin

Valérie-C. Bégin is a lawyer in the business law group at Langlois Lawyers’ Québec City office.

As part of her practice, Valérie works on a variety of files, including the drafting of corporate documents and commercial contracts such as shareholder agreements and buy-sell agreements. She also participates in corporate and project financing transactions.

Before joining the Langlois team, Valérie worked as a student, completed her articling and started out as a lawyer in a regional firm. Prior to business law, she worked as a litigation lawyer; an experience that she puts to good use in the cases she works on.

Valérie practises law in both English and French.
