Adèle Poirier
LawyerAdèle Poirier focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions and projects, largely on behalf of property owners, developers, landlords and tenants.
She is called upon to negotiate and draft commercial leases as well as various contracts and deeds pertaining to divisions of property and conditions of the right of ownership, particularly in connection with the acquisition of real rights during the implementation of energy projects.
Adèle is known for her attention to detail and quest for precision, both in her drafting and while advising her clients.
