Aude Berger is involved in a range of labour and employment law matters, with a particular focus on litigation. She assists clients with claims brought before civil courts, administrative tribunals and grievance arbitrators. She also advises businesses on a variety of legal issues, including interpreting and applying collective and employment agreements, taking disciplinary action, and dealing with labour standards and human rights questions.

Aude completed a research internship at the Québec Court of Appeal with the Honourable Manon Savard. She also received an Admission Scholarship from the Université de Montréal Faculty of Law for her outstanding academic results.
