Tristan Tremblay practises civil and commercial litigation, with a particular focus on bankruptcy and insolvency, as well as disputes involving technology, intellectual property, and trademarks. As a trial attorney, he advises and represents clients—including financial institutions, insolvency trustees, and contractors—in court. He guides his clients in often complex situations, helping them evaluate their options and choose the strategy best suited to their goals.

Before joining Langlois, Tristan practised insurance law within the legal department of a major international insurance company. This experience allowed him to take an active role in managing a substantial volume of litigation cases, working through every stage of the judicial process, from initial file analysis through to representations before the courts. He also took part in numerous dispute resolution processes, including negotiations, mediations, and settlement conferences.

Known for his pragmatic approach, Tristan strives to move each case forward efficiently and with sound judgment. Whether negotiating a settlement or appearing before the courts, he crafts strategies that reflect both his clients' needs and the specific circumstances of each case.

Tristan provides services in French and English.
