Cinthia Gauvreau

Cinthia Gauvreau is a member of our Labour and Employment Law group. She handles files before the Administrative Labour Tribunal (ALT) relating to workplace accidents and workers’ claims, and manages penal files such as statements of offence issued by the Commission des normes, de l’équité, de la santé et de la sécurité du travail (CNESST), the Commission de la construction du Québec (CCQ), and the Régie du bâtiment du Québec (RBQ). She also participates in files relating to labour relations, such as grievances, collective agreements, and workplace harassment matters.

Cinthia manages and organizes case files in preparation for hearings, conducts case law and doctrinal research of all kinds, and performs criminal record checks and analysis for various clients. She also monitors legislative developments in labour law.

She also participates, in collaboration with lawyers and clients, in investigations by various public bodies, including the RBQ, the CNESST, and the CCQ.
