Andrea Stevanovik

Andrea Stevanovik is a member of our Business Law group. She advises and represents businesses primarily in the areas of tax planning, corporate restructuring, the purchase and sale of businesses, and trust and estate planning.

Drawing on her experience at firms with established tax practices, Andrea supports businesses and organizations at every stage of their growth, combining in-depth tax advice with a keen understanding of business realities. By leveraging her extensive tax training and strategic approach, she supports her clients in optimally structuring their operations and implementing tailored, practical solutions adapted to their evolving business needs.

A member of Québec’s Association de planification fiscale et financière (APFF), Andrea is committed to staying current with developments in tax law. Outside of work, Andrea enjoys running and completed the 2025 Chicago Marathon.
