Inès Bagaoui-Fradette
, LL.M. LawyerInès Bagaoui-Fradette practises within our Civil and Commercial Litigation group, mainly in constitutional law, Aboriginal law, class actions, civil liability and banking law. A versatile and rigorous lawyer, she assists her clients in resolving complex and varied files.
Her academic background shows a sustained interest in public law and access to justice. She has notably collaborated with the McGill Journal of Sustainable Development Law and the Legal Clinic of the Centre québécois du droit de l'environnement (Québec Environmental Law Centre). She also distinguished herself during the Adam F. Fanaki Moot in competition law, where she received the award for best appellant oralist.
Inès holds a master’s degree in public law from Université de Montréal. Her thesis focused on constitutional interpretation and the role of the courts. This training deepened her knowledge of various aspects of public law, enabling her to offer practical solutions to her clients.
