Jonathan Garneau

Jonathan Garneau practises within the labour and employment law team as well as within the education law team.
In the course of his practice, he is called upon to intervene in various areas of labour law, including occupational health and safety, individual and collective labour relations, labour standards and psychological harassment. He represents and advises public bodies, school service centres and private businesses.
Jonathan also assists employers in immigration law matters with regard to the procedures for obtaining and renewing work permits for their employees.
Prior to his legal studies, he completed a bachelor’s degree in international studies and modern languages at Université Laval.
He holds an MBA and is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR).
