Purchase of a Business
Together with an Ontario law firm, advised an Alberta corporation on the acquisition of a Quebec SMB involved in cryptocurrency mining. The $21 million transaction was for all the target’s assets and shares. In addition to drafting and reviewing all the transactional and corporate documents, a $13 million financing was arranged, secured by hypothec.
