The Firm Welcomes Daniel Baum to Its Litigation Team

Montréal, June 13, 2014 – Langlois Kronström Desjardins (LKD) is pleased to announce the arrival of a new lawyer, Daniel Baum, who will be practicing out of its Montréal office.

“We warmly welcome this young professional to our litigation group and wish him continued success in this new phase of his practice, which focuses primarily on civil and commercial litigation and administrative law” stated Jean-François Gagnon, the firm’s managing partner.

Daniel already has considerable litigation experience, appearing regularly before Québec and federal courts for a diverse client base. In addition, he teaches a seminar on written and oral advocacy at Université de Montréal as part of its Juris Doctor program, the only post-graduate program to offer Québec law students instruction in Canadian and American common law through a comparative approach with Québec’s civil law.
