Langlois Lawyers welcomes a new business lawyer

Langlois Lawyers is proud to welcome Catherine Marchand, CPHR, to its business law group.

As part of her practice, Catherine works on a variety of files, including drafting corporate documents and commercial contracts, such as shareholder agreements, buy/sell agreements and commercial leases. She is also involved in arranging institutional financing. Catherine’s diverse academic background enables her to understand the realities of the entrepreneurs she serves, as well as their legal needs. In addition to her legal training, she holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and is a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés of Québec (CPHR).
