Catherine Marchand

Catherine Marchand, CHRP, is a lawyer in the business law group at our Québec City office.

She handles a range of matters, including drafting corporate documents and commercial contracts like shareholders’ agreements, buy/sell agreements and commercial leases. She also helps set up institutional financing.

Catherine joined the team after working as a student and articling at a regional law firm. Prior to her legal studies, she completed a bachelor’s degree in business administration and acquired practical experience that enables her to fully understand the reality of the entrepreneurs she serves.

She practises law in French and English.
