Galaxy’s U.S. Move Risks New Delay From Lawsuit Linked To Luna

The Canadian listed cryptocurrency asset manager and miner Galaxy Digital, headquartered in New York and incorporated in the Cayman Islands, has been looking to list on the NASDAQ.  But a proposed class action filed in Ontario Superior Court could cause new delays. 

William Bennett, a contributor for Forbes Money Markets, spoke with partner Vincent de l’Étoile about what certification as a class action would mean for the involved parties.
