Antoine Hamel Rancourt

Antoine Hamel Rancourt is a lawyer in the business law group in Langlois Lawyers’ Montréal office. 

Antoine’s practice is focused on commercial, corporate and technology law. He drafts and negotiates various agreements involving the commercialization of all types of products, services and technology assets, such as service agreements, licenses, software agreements, as well as other IT-related transactional instruments. He advises businesses on issues in connection with privacy and the protection of intellectual property assets.

Antoine is also involved in a number of corporate transactions such as the acquisitions of securities and the sale and acquisition of businesses.
