In her practice, Ione advises unionized and non-unionized private and public sector employers of all sizes on issues related to hiring, termination, disciplinary or administrative actions, labour standards, human rights and freedoms, restrictive covenants pertaining to employment. She also provides counsel on government programs, certification, and the interpretation, application and drafting of employment contracts and collective agreements.
