Sarah practises in corporate, transactional and securities law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, public and private corporate financings, and complex commercial agreements. She frequently engages in a variety of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions of private and public companies while also managing various corporate finance matters, including equity financings and private investments.
