Samuel’s practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, with particular experience in business law and class actions. He advises a broad range of Canadian and international clients on complex, high-stakes matters, covering the full lifecycle of a dispute, from strategic advice at the outset through to representation before the courts.
He brings experience across major commercial matters, shareholder disputes, civil liability claims, and administrative and regulatory proceedings. Samuel represents his clients before courts at all levels in Québec and also handles extraordinary remedies, including injunctions, seizures before judgment, and Anton Piller, Mareva and Norwich orders, as well as complex commercial arbitrations.
