Geneviève Perron

Geneviève Perron is a member of our Business Law group. She updates minute books, prepares and submits various corporate filings to provincial and federal business registries, and helps ensure clients’ ongoing compliance. She conducts due diligence research in various computerized registers, including the Register of Personal and Movable Real Rights (RPMRR) and court records, as well as through other organizations (e.g., the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy of Canada, Federal Court), gathering the information needed to analyze transactions and draft research reports.

Geneviève consistently demonstrates thoroughness, kindness, and professionalism in her work with the team and the clients she supports. She is recognized for her calm demeanour, organized approach and attention to detail.
