Antoine’s practice focuses on complex commercial disputes, particularly in the areas of financial services, banking and securities. An experienced litigator, he appears before all levels of court and regularly advises clients in the context of urgent and extraordinary remedies to trace and recover assets or confidential information, as well as personal data following cybersecurity incidents. Antoine also represents a range of stakeholders in the financial sector in civil and disciplinary matters, while assisting companies and individuals in the context of regulatory and penal investigations.
