Matthias Sanchez
ParalegalMatthias Sanchez is a member of our Business Law team and works closely with our Tax group. He is responsible for drafting the deeds and documents required for business incorporations, organizational changes, amendments to articles of association, mergers and corporate restructuring. He also participates in preparing other business and corporate governance documents.
Matthias brings a wealth of multidisciplinary experience from his legal studies in France and Québec, resulting in a versatile yet rigorous approach, an exceptional ability to absorb information, and a practical perspective. He is eager to leverage these qualities for our clients by consistently delivering innovative solutions tailored to today’s business environment. Matthias is also dedicated to advancing modern legal practices.
For his master’s thesis at the Université de Montréal, Matthias researched issues of sustainability, transparency, and international commercial arbitration. This work spurred his interest in corporate social responsibility and good governance as strategic tools in modern, ethical legal management. He actively applies these principles at the firm by promoting high standards of corporate governance.
