Contrats municipaux – Manuel sur les meilleures stratégies, 2e édition

Sébastien Laprise and Jean-Benoît Pouliot publish a book on municipal contracts

Sébastien Laprise, partner, and Jean-Benoît Pouliot, associate, both recognized experts at Langlois Lawyers on the law governing public contracts, participated in drafting the second edition of the book entitled “Contrats municipaux – Manuel sur les meilleures stratégies” (Municipal Contracts – Manual of Best Strategies).

Following the inception of public markets regulator the Autorité des marchés publics and in the wake of recent legislative developments, this work is an essential guide for decision-makers at municipal government bodies, allowing them to implement the best contractual strategies and practices. The book is intended to help them rethink their contractual strategies in order to foster the implementation of successful practices for their organization and, consequently for the citizens they serve. This work will doubtless prove to be an indispensable tool for municipal bodies to prepare them for a “visit” from the Autorité des marchés publics.

This reference work is published by Wolters Kluwer.
