Mathilde Naïma Penasa is a paralegal in the Labour and Employment Law group.

She has experience in immigration law, particularly matters related to the immigration process of key foreign talents that our clients wish to hire.

Mathilde also supports our professionals in labour and employment litigation cases and assists with all stages of the dispute resolution process.

Additionally, Mathilde boasts a master’s degree in literature and is active in this sphere. She gives talks and has several published works to her name, including Motifs du voyage et figures du voyageur, an anthology on travel writing and otherness. Her participation in this work is a reflection of the openness that animates her interactions with clients, especially in the area of immigration law.

  • First prize Jacques Mathieu awarded by the Chair for the development of research in the area of French language culture in North America (prize given for the best oral performance at the annual student symposium), Université Laval, 2016
