Amélie Breton
LawyerAmélie Breton has many years’ experience in banking law. She represents and advises financial institutions and private lenders in establishing guarantees, enforcing security rights and debt collection, as well as in bankruptcy and insolvency matters.
Leveraging her keen listening skills, she quickly identifies clients’ needs and proposes effective, creative solutions. Clients prize her for her understanding and awareness of the latest case-law developments in her practice area. She has excellent communication and negotiation skills and encourages alternative conflict resolution methods whenever possible.
Amélie is also actively involved with younger professionals. She served for ten years on the articling recruitment committee of the firm where she previously practised.
