A member of Langlois’ litigation group since 2011, Justice Ferron focused her practice on complex commercial litigation, fraud, anti-piracy, cybercrime, banking litigation, class actions, as well as intellectual property and technology claims. Recognized as a leading expert in the areas of injunctions, seizures, and other urgent and extraordinary remedies, she coauthored the seminal work L’injonction et les ordonnances Anton Piller, Mareva et Norwich, an essential reference in this area of law. More recently, she delved into cybersecurity issues and the ethical challenges posed by artificial intelligence and its legal framework. Her career, distinguished by numerous accolades and recognitions in the legal field, reflects her deep passion for people. She has always placed a great importance on mentoring the next generation, promoting women in business and law, and advocating for community causes.
