Jean-François Gagnon, Portrait of a Visionary and a Builder in La Presse+

Following his nomination in August in Canadian Lawyer magazine as one of the Top 25 Most Influential Lawyers in Canada, Jean-François Gagnon, the firm's chief executive officer, was interviewed by online newspaper La Presse+ on his instrumental role as builder of one of the most prominent business law firms in Quebec.

Langlois and Fraticelli Provost Confirm Their Unification Agreement

Langlois Lawyers is pleased to announce that an agreement has been reached with law firm Fraticelli Provost to unify their respective practices. The majority of the members of Fraticelli Provost will consequently be moving to the Montreal office of Langlois Lawyers effective September 1, 2017 and will continue their practice under the name Langlois Lawyers.

Langlois Contributes to the Transformation of Forestville into Hollywood

Forestville, a town in the Quebec’s Upper North Shore region, was partially transformed into a Hollywood set during the filming of a TV series based on the best-selling novel The truth About the Harry Quebert Affair. This project was made possible thanks to the efforts and expertise of a team of Langlois Lawyers consisting of François Mainguy, a lawyer, partner, and Pascal Archambault, a lawyer at the firm, who assisted the company that owned part of the filming location in reaching an agreement between it and the producers of the series.
