Joanie Proteau and Catherine Bourget publish an article on the service of proceedings in public places dedicated to religious worship

Joanie Proteau and Catherine Bourget, both practitioners in the litigation group at Langlois Lawyers, recently published a case comment on the Court of Québec’s decision in Federal Construction inc. v. Congregation Kol Yaacov, in which the Court concluded that service of an originating application by affixing it to the door of a synagogue was valid.
