Retrospective 2018 | 10 Successes for Langlois’ Transactional Group

In 2018 Langlois was the law firm of choice of several major organizations for their mergers & acquisitions-related transactions. The transactional group at Langlois assisted important groups of businesses as well as foreign multinationals with several major projects, including strategic acquisitions, financings and equity investments. William D. Hart Named Chairman of the Board of Directors of CIC Capital Canada Inc. and CIC Capital Ventures Inc.

The management of CM-CIC Investissement has announce the nomination of attorney William D. Hart as director and chairman of the board of directors of its two Canadian subsidiaries, CIC Capital Canada Inc. and CIC Capital de risque Inc. He joins Julien Saulgrain, an attorney at the firm Blue-HF, as a second independent director of these two companies.
