Pierre Y. Lefebvre Inducted Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers Langlois Lawyers is pleased to announce that Pierre Y. Lefebvre, a partner in our Montréal office, has been inducted into the American College of Trial Lawyers, one of the most prestigious legal organizations in North America. Recognized as one of the highest distinctions, College brings together the best litigators in the United States and Canada who have demonstrated the very highest standards of trial advocacy, ethical conduct, integrity, professionalism and collegiality. Pierre has practiced commercial and corporate litigation for more than 25 years, and is recognized as one of Canada’s best class action lawyers, and for his expertise in managing complex files. In that capacity he has been lead counsel in many complex and highly publicized cases in a number of areas of the law, including corporate law, securities, and shareholder disputes. He has pleaded before all levels of the courts including, on several occasions, the Supreme Court of Canada.
