It is with great sadness that Langlois Kronström Desjardins (LKD) announces the death of our founding partner. Raynold Langlois died surrounded by his loved ones on October 29th in Nuns’ Island at the age of 73.

Victory in Superior Court in the matter of Charest v. Dessau Inc. et al

This past May 6 the Québec Superior Court denied authorization to institute a class action in the matter of Charest v. Dessau Inc. et al, which was brought against various engineering consulting firms and their directors as a result of testimony before the Charbonneau Commission.

Raynold Langlois to Receive a "Prix Justitia" Award

Raynold Langlois, a partner at Langlois Kronström Desjardins (LKD), is to receive a "Prix Justitia" award from Laval University’s Faculty of Law. The awards ceremony will be held this coming May 15 at 5:30 p.m. in the Atrium of the university’s Charles-De Koninck Pavillion as part of the annual cocktail reception for graduates of the Law Faculty.
