An accomplished litigator, Eve-Lyne oversees complex commercial disputes involving significant legal, financial and operational considerations that require a strategic and focused approach. Her practice encompasses shareholder disputes, class actions and extraordinary remedies, including urgent applications to preserve assets or safeguard her clients’ rights. She advises and represents clients throughout the litigation process, from developing legal strategies to appearing before the courts, and also handles commercial arbitration matters.
Eve-Lyne brings experience in commercial disputes across a range of sectors, including construction, infrastructure, transportation, life sciences and technology. She has also acted as an independent investigator in matters involving psychological and sexual harassment, compliance and management rights. This experience gives her valuable insight into the business challenges and organizational dynamics that often underpin complex disputes.
