Sara focuses her practice on workplace investigations, mediation, and the prevention and resolution of workplace disputes. A lawyer, Chartered Human Resources Professional (CHRP), and accredited mediator, she advises organizations on preventing psychological harassment and sexual violence, as well as managing and resolving workplace conflicts. Her practice is informed by both legal and organizational considerations, allowing her to navigate sensitive matters with rigour and pragmatism.
Her background includes six years with a Montréal boutique firm focused on alternative dispute resolution, where she acted on investigation, mediation, and facilitation mandates and worked with government and public-sector organizations on complex workplace matters. She also gained in-house experience in the United Kingdom as a human resources manager, advising on employee relations, internal complaints, and broader HR issues. This combined experience gives Sara a practical understanding of workplace dynamics and the challenges organizations face when addressing conflict.
