On January 20 the Young Leaders Circle organized a luncheon conference held at the offices of Langlois lawyers featuring a presentation to its members by the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Land Occupancy, Minister of Public Security and Minister responsible for the Montreal region, the Honourable Martin Coiteux.
