In recent years, her practice has led her to represent many American companies, subsidiaries of multinationals, in all aspects of corporate and commercial law.
Her most recent matters include the financings of publicly traded companies, syndicated financings of local and national companies and the perfection of security interests in multi-jurisdictional transactions.
Previously, Angela worked as in-house counsel for a private company.
