Eric Alexandre Guimond is a labour and employment lawyer at Langlois Lawyers in Montréal.

Recognized for his methodical and rigorous approach, Eric Alexandre has acted for a range of public and private sector clients at both the provincial and federal levels. Among his recent projects, he has advised private media and communications companies in connection with individual dismissals and contractual confidentiality, non-competition and non-solicitation clauses.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, he spent several years as an investigator with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, most notably in the Integrated National Security Enforcement Teams and the Professional Responsibility Sector.

Before joining Langlois Lawyers, Eric Alexandre practised with a boutique law firm. He articled at the International Criminal Court and the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda—a United Nations entity—in The Hague, Netherlands. He holds a law degree from the University of Ottawa and is currently a candidate for the University of Montréal’s Information Technology Law Master’s Degree.
