Langlois Lawyers is pleased to announce that Sean Griffin, a partner and member of the Board of Directors, was named Head of the firm’s litigation group in January 2021. He succeeds Bernard Jolin, who was recently appointed to the Quebec Superior Court for the District of Montréal.
As a litigator, Sean Griffin's practice areas include constitutional law, commercial and administrative law, and corporate and securities law. Sean has proven expertise in defending public and private companies, financial institutions, various entities active in the financial markets, and their directors and officers. Mr. Griffin represents his clients in a wide variety of civil and statutory proceedings, including class actions and regulatory investigations.
