William focuses his practice on technology law, artificial intelligence (AI), privacy, cybersecurity, e-commerce and digital marketing, as well as French-language requirements. He advises companies of all sizes on identifying and managing the legal and regulatory risks associated with their products and services, and on drafting and negotiating commercial agreements tailored to their operations.
Drawing on deep technical understanding of his clients’ products and services, William approaches each matter with a strong grasp of their business priorities and commercial, operational and technological realities. He advises clients on matters involving AI, software-as-a-service (SaaS), financial, educational and medical technologies, as well as the Internet of Things (IoT) and blockchain. His approach allows him to translate complex legal and technological issues into practical, clear solutions tailored to the needs of the organizations he advises.
